How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Every house/building is different. Some are located near the Bay or off dirt roads and some are protected by the wind and traffic from main roads.
Therefore, on average we recommend every 3 months. Some houses need to be done more frequently than this, others can wait up to 6 months. We will give you our recommendations on maintenance cleans after the initial clean.
How many stories can you clean?
With our state of the art ‘Water Fed Pole’ System. We can clean windows up to 5 stories high without any need for dangerous ladder work, see our pictures as a reference.
This system uses purified water to scrub off all the dirt from high rise windows. Afterwards, a purified water rinse down will leave your windows sparkling clean.
Do you do inside or just outside?
Yes, we highly recommend that both inside and outside are cleaned, if you only get one side done, you are only getting half the results.
As some houses are quite clean on the inside, you may not need the inside done which will more affordable for you. Our experienced staff will be able to tell you on site if the insides need to be done or not and its up to you if you would like them done.
How often should I get my gutters cleaned?
This depends on where you are situated and how close trees are to you.
To preserve the life span of your gutters and prevent flooding we recommend you have them cleaned out twice a year to have them working at full capacity.
Why should I have my solar panels cleaned?
Relying on the rain to clean your solar panels is simply not enough, even if you have “self cleaning panels”, dirt and debris can still build up over time.
You’ve invested thousands into your panels, but if not maintained regularly you can lose up to 25% efficiency, and possibly void your Warranty.
